A bit about Philip:
English, female living in London .
I met Machiel in Indonesia sometime in the 1980s. We have kept in touch (occasionally) since then. He recently sent me a photo of his children. Unfortunately I do not have his current address and thus I cannot thank him. He is a doctor, and is married to Lily Berman. They have three children. Originally they lived in Holland.
